Bodies as Site of Faith and Protest by choreographer Tommie-Waheed Evans transcribes Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s ‘We Shall Overcome’ speech into dance. This is the perfect setting to indulge in the best of Dallas Black Dance Theatre. Cold is a duet choreographed by DBDT: Encore! dancer Floyd McLean, Jr. who is in sync with dancer Terrell Rogers, Jr. in this dynamic work.
