The 2023 DanceAfrica Festival & Marketplace is a one-day event on Saturday, October 7, 2023, that is expected to attract over 2500 people. The festival will include vendors offering a global marketplace of crafts, fashion, and artifacts. Vendors have the opportunity to reach customers in a fun-filled family atmosphere. The event is a venue for cultural awareness through a wide range of cultural activities for the entire family to enjoy.

Vendor Check-in
Vendors must check-in by 9:00 AM as patrons are expected to arrive as early as 9:45 AM. Check-in can begin as early as 7:30 AM at the entrance of the festival BEFORE tables are set up. Tables must be staffed throughout the entire festival. Payment for the table must be received BEFORE a table is assigned to each vendor. DBDT makes every effort to provide a safe venue; however, DBDT will assume no responsibility for injury during your attendance, nor acts of nature.
THERE IS NO VENDING HONORARIUM OR SALE GUARANTEE PROVIDED. NO REFUNDS FOR BAD WEATHER.
THE USE OF TENTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

- Use of lawn stakes is strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles are not allowed on the grass.
- There is no electricity provided in the booths.
- Food and beverage vendors are not allowed.
