  • VENDORS CANNOT STAKE ANYTHING (i.e. signs, product racks) INTO THE GROUND/LAWN.

Additional information

  • Use of lawn stakes is strictly prohibited.
  • The staking of tents or temporary covers is prohibited.
  • Vehicles are not allowed on the grass.

Vendor must check-in by 9:00 AM as patrons are expected to be at the festival as early as 9:45 PM. Check-in will occur at the entrance of the festival BEFORE tables are set up. Tables must be staffed throughout the entire festival. Payment for the table must be received BEFORE a table is assigned to each vendor. DBDT makes every effort to provide a safe venue; however, DBDT will assume no responsibility for injury during your attendance, as well as acts of nature.

THERE IS NO VENDING HONORARIUM OR SALE GUARANTEE PROVIDED. NO REFUNDS FOR BAD WEATHER.
